If you are not completely satisfied with your mijas we will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges on unworn items. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange would be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn items. All items including Mija branded tote bag must be returned for full refund. For all returns the refund amount will be less the original shipping charges. Sale items are final sale. All sock purchases are final sale.
To complete a return or exchange, please email email@example.com within two days of receiving your boots with your order number and reason for return. We will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions. We must receive the boots within 10 days of shipment with tracking.

purchases made from November 15th until December 31st may be returned or exchanged until the first week of January
